Privacy policy

This notice explains how Anova Media handles information through its website, advertiser accounts, advertiser signup forms, and billing tools. Contact info@anovamedia.com with privacy questions or requests.
Information you provide
When you create an account or complete advertiser signup, we process your email address, contact name, business name, phone number, business address, website, advertising preferences, campaign materials or links, and any notes you submit. We also store signup drafts, campaign selections, invoices, payment status, and signed advertiser agreements, including the signing record.
Google sign-in
Google sign-in is optional. You can also create an account with email and password. If you choose Google, our authentication provider, Clerk, receives basic Google account information such as your account identifier, verified email address, name, and profile image when Google provides it. Google handles your Google password; Anova Media does not receive it.
We use Google account information to authenticate you, create and maintain your advertiser account, display your account identity, and associate advertising records with your verified email address. Our Google connection requests basic identity, email, and profile permissions. It does not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files, contacts, or calendar.
Google user data is not sold or used for personalized advertising. Anova Media' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
How information is used
We use account and advertiser information to provide secure dashboard access, save and resume onboarding, manage campaigns and agreements, prepare and process invoices, provide support, and send service-related communications. Access to private account records is checked against the signed-in account. Advertising content you submit for publication is used for your advertising campaign.
Service providers and storage
Service providers process information as needed to operate these services: Clerk handles authentication and account sessions; our hosting and database services store and deliver the website and account records; Stripe processes payments; and Resend delivers service emails. Payment card details are entered through Stripe's payment interface. The advertiser portal stores payment references and status rather than full card numbers.
Account sessions use cookies and similar browser storage to keep you signed in. Hosting and authentication services may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and security logs to operate and protect the service. Information may be processed in countries other than your own.
Retention and your choices
We retain account and advertising records to operate the service, support campaigns, and maintain billing and signed-agreement records. You can contact info@anovamedia.com to request access, correction, or deletion of your information or account. We may need to retain certain transaction or agreement records to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
You can revoke the Google connection in your Google Account connections. Revoking that connection stops future Google access; it does not automatically delete your Anova Media account or existing advertiser records. Contact us separately for a deletion request.
