3. Payments & Fees

While Anova Media strives to provide effective exposure, we do not guarantee:

  • Lead volume
  • Customer engagement levels

Advertising performance may vary based on market conditions and audience behavior.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anova Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services.

Company liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

6. Independent Contractors

Salon hosts, suite renters, and advertisers are independent parties and are not employees, agents, or partners of Anova Media.

7. Termination

Anova Media reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violation of these Terms
  • Misuse of Company equipment or services

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida.
